We accept the following credit and debit cards:

All credit cards are processed via the SagePay on line card processing service. This service is 100% secure however if you would rather pay over the phone, you can call us on 0870 766 3227 to make your order. When using a card to pay on line or on the phone you will need to be the card holder and give the registered card holders address.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your order. Please print this for your records.

You will be charged the full order amount at the time you place your order. This is a more secure method of charging and ensures that your card cannot then be re-charged automatically. You will be notified that you will be charged for 'out of stock' items as you pass through checkout. At times of high demand, 'in-stock' items may regrettably go out of stock by the time your order is processed. On these rare occasions, we will re-order the item for you and your account will be updated with an expected despatch date as soon as it's known. As you have then already been charged for these items, they will go onto back-order for you, however you're welcome to cancel should you prefer - please therefore just contact us and we will be more than happy to refund you.
